Low-Key's wife, believed missing in action during the war, now discovered to be out, about and helping the enemy during said war. She claimed to be a powersmith, but we suspect she may be a lich, and had hidden her aura for quite some time.

Her survival has been made a Deeper Secret, after Chimera was asked by Apollo to investigate.
(Actually, it wasn't, but we all agreed to keep our collective mouths shut until we knew more.)
