Info: Was summoned and commanded by the membership of the Elder Sister pylon, and was the implement used to murder both Reich and Joan of Arc. Was also summoned up by the Eye of the Storm with the rather reluctant assistance of Goat, which was the method in which they could finally get to the bottom of the chaotic events happening around them at the time.
